Arrest turns Chad Johnson's act into a drama

This is too real for Hard Knocks.

Chad Johnson was arrested Saturday, accused of head-butting his newlywed wife, Evelyn Lozada, during an argument in the driveway of their home outside of Miami. He was charged with simple battery, domestic violence, which is a misdemeanor.

Woman Calls Cops On Dealer Who Sold Her Sugar Instead Of Crack Cocaine

Don't you just hate it when you don't get what you paid for?

Suzanne Basham, 47, was none too pleased to discover the crack cocaine she bought was actually plain old sugar. The Springfield, Missouri woman was not about to be ripped off, and allegedly called the police to report her dealer.

According to the police report, on Jan. 10 Basham called the cops to report her dealer for theft, telling them she paid $40 for crack cocaine and was given sugar instead.

The Smoking Gun reports that Basham asked cops to arrest her dealer for theft and also asked them to secure a refund for her.

Officers went to the address where Basham claimed she had purchased the crack and the residents denied selling drugs and refused to allow officers into their home.

Of course, it was Basham herself who ended up in hot water -- officers arrested her for possession of drug paraphernalia after they discovered a crack pipe, reports the Daily Mail.

To think you actually thought that you would get your money back! For that you get a big unFABulous FAIL!!!

Warren Moon's ex-wife faces lewdness charge

The ex-wife of Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon was arrested Feb. 20 on charges of public lewdness after she and a man were caught having sex in a field behind Prairie View A&M University’s stadium.

“Individuals pointing at a male and female alerted the officer (and he) subsequently observed the male and female engaged in a lewd sexual act,” Prairie View Police Chief Jason Barrett told Houston CBS affiliate KHOU.

Felicia Moon, 55, and the man she was with, James Thomas, 50, were allegedly caught engaging in a sex act. Organizers at the camp said police didn’t tell them right away, and they had no idea what happened until Tuesday.

The trail-riders make a trek from Prairie View to Memorial Park every year, a few days before the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Thomas has been a trail-rider for several years, organizers said.
On Tuesday night, the camp was set up near Hawkley. The trail boss said she didn’t think what Moon and Thomas were accused of doing was a big deal.

"Well, they were out on the field, so whatever," said Nannie Francies. "I don’t see it as big deal. When people go out on the trial, people tend to do what they want to do."

Still, organizers said they hope the arrest doesn’t overshadow the positive things the trial-riders do, like preserving history and supporting local universities.

Felicia and Warren Moon were married for 21 years before the relationship went south in 1996 after she accused him of assaulting her. She dropped the charges and eventually filed for divorce in 2001.

Felicia Moon has worked as a freelance writer and opened a Christian book store in 2002.

notsofabFaux Pas: Muffin Top

As we approach Spring Break, I felt the need to remind all you women that wearing way too tight clothing is not flattering on anyone. For those of you who don't know, a muffin top is the overhanging of flesh that spills over the waistline of too tight pants. I'm not really sure why this is still going on. Maybe people just don't want to buy new clothes, or go up a size so they squeeze into pants they wore in elementary school. Or perhaps they are hot and want to wear as little as possible. Or maybe even someone told them that they look hot in those particular pants. But the most terrifying possibility of all is that these people actually think they look good hanging out of their pants.

The saddest thing of all is that many of the people who walk around like this are not fat. In an outfit that fits properly, they would look amazing. That is the real tragedy. I mean, even the skinniest of gals can't fit into the same pants they wore when they were kids.

So, ladies--please stop clinging to your past and go up a size if need be. It's more humiliating to walk around with a muffin top; not to mention the constant pain of your pants cutting into your waist. So let's keep it FAB ladies!

Whitney Houston Casket Photo Fallout

The National Enquirer cover (in which we have digitally altered) has sparked strong reaction.
The National Enquirer calls its cover photo of Whitney Houston lying in her casket "beautiful."
But plenty of critics beg to differ and the funeral home that took care of arrangements for the late pop icon is hoping to get out of the line of fire as soon as possible.
"We have no comment—but it was not the funeral home," a spokeswoman for the Whigham Funeral Home in Newark, N.J., told E! News. "[The media] are getting me in the middle. I am very angry, very upset, just like the family, just like the fans" are about the photo.
"We don't like it because it implicates us," she added. "Whitney was a personal friend to me and my family. We would not do that."
Who would, then?
"I thought it was beautiful," Enquirer publisher Mary Beth Wright told FoxNews.com of the photograph, which went up with the headline, "Whitney: The Last Photo!" She, of course, did not disclose where they got it from.
Wright's remarks, however, were in defense of all the bashing the Enquirer took for running the picture—but the tabloid wasn't the sole target of people's animosity.
"Don't hate the National Enquirer for publishing Whitney Houston casket photo, hate on the family member/friend who sold it,"tweeted Dan Gross, a columnist for the Philadelphia Daily News. " I said family or friend," he further clarified. It was someone who was at the very intimate viewing, or someone who worked there."
"I hope they find out who sold that photo of Whitney Houston. I want to know what the dregs of society looks like,"tweeted @afrobella. "What an awful thing to do."
Added @deartupac: "So ppl really scooped this low by selling Whitney Houston dead in her coffin photo shame on you, she can't even rest in peace."
Pinning the blame back on the Enquirer, @TWyse wrote, "I HATE the for posting a picture of Whitney Houston's open [casket]... They need to be put out of business.
